Pixel Homes License/Terms of Use
1. Who owns the copyright to Pixel Homes and all versions?
The copyright to Pixel Homes is owned by DealerPix/Blake Lemmons. By purchasing Pixel Homes, you are not entitled to any resell rights or ownership of the copyright. However, you may use the system in your own sites and clients' sites, you just can't resell the system by itself as your own.
2. Are there any restrictions to your use of Pixel Homes?
You can use Pixel Homes in any way you wish, aside from reselling and distributing the system. Let us know how you are using it and we'll post it on the website!
3. May I charge money to distribute Pixel Homes?
No! If you design a website and include Pixel Homes in it, you may resell it with the site. But you cannot redistribute the system alone for profit or free. This is a one site license. If you sell your website, the license will be transfered to the buyer, so please inform them as well.
4. May I remove the "copyright" statements from the source code to Pixel Homes?
No, you must keep all copyright notices and credits in the source code, but you can remove it from the html output.
5. I have modified Pixel Homes for my own web site. Do I have to release these modifications?
No, but we encourage you to share your mods with others.
6. I believe someone is in breach of the License, what should I do?
We would ask you to report it, but please first check all the facts before you send an e-mail to us at: support@pixelhomes.com.
7. Who has the power to enforce the license of Pixel Homes?
Only the copyright holder, DealerPix/Blake Lemmons, has the power to do this. If DealerPix finds, or is made aware of, a breach of the License, they will report it to DealerPix for them to take any necessary action.
