Unlimited Inventory

Sellers can list an unlimited inventory on your website. We have not placed any restrictions for sellers here. For agents using AWE as a single agent website, it ensures you will not have any issues of capacity whether you have 20 listings or 300 listings. For site owners using Pixel Homes as a portal or classified site, you will can list as many sellers as you'd like and be able to support their inventory.

Private sellers can list their realestate for sale also, but they can only list one listing at a time. Why? Depending on where you live, there are laws that say a person can only sell x amount of homes before they have to be a licensed broker, etc. It is up to you to find out what your state requirements are, but with Pixel Homes only allowing one vehicle at a time, it will help ensure you are doing what you should be.
